Schooner Bay

Initially involved in the early phases of conceptualizing this 320-acre development, our firm has continued to provide services to this harbor village project in the Bahamas. We worked with DPZ in charrettes and created master plans for the community. We have designed numerous single-family homes and mixed-use buildings as well the Sandpiper Inn, a small Bed and Breakfast facility. The Inn features such amenities as a restaurant, bar, library and gardens that provide a welcome Caribbean retreat for its visitors and serves as a popular village gathering place.
