Carolina Commons

This project was for The Davy Group and included master planning and architecture for a neighborhood within the development of Carolina Colors, New Bern, North Carolina. Our team implemented a traditional neighborhood design (TND) through an “in-house” design charette. We designed single-family homes on the waterfront while also including mansion flats and townhomes around small park areas, creating a dimensional and varied community. We created and produced the architectural guidelines and review process for the development, as well as the architectural designs for a number of the buildings and homes.
