The Settlement Homes

Allison Ramsey Architects was hired by the developer of this site to prepare a package of model homes that would be made available to lot buyers. The models were developed for both the alley sites and the edge sites. In addition to providing a model home package, we provided architectural guidelines for the neighborhood, ARB consulting for the water front home sites and a community amenity building.
