Saluda River Club

Our firm created a master plan for this 235-acre site located in Lexington, South Carolina. The land had previously been designated for tract development. We also provided additional services to the community, including village planning, development and enforcement of the architectural guidelines and review process, builder orientation, lot selection and street layout. Overall, our designs have been implemented for the neighborhood post office, park and trail buildings, clubhouse, and numerous single-family homes, including the Village, with our cottage court home designs.
