NewPoint and Newpoint Corners

Newpoint – Beaufort, South Carolina Newpoint was one of the first Tradional Neighborhood Developments in the Southeast. Allison Ramsey Architects has provided many services for the neighborhood since its inception. Served as architectural consultant for over two years. Designed over 30% of the single family houses. Developed a masterplan for the Neighborhood Commercial center and designed two 7,600 square foot mixed use buildings known as Newpoint Corners.
