Located just east of downtown Charleston, I’on is a 243-acre in-fill project. Since its inception in 1995 we have provided over 60 single-family residences, numerous outbuildings, a community pavilion and the two-story tennis center amenity building. Allison Ramsey Architects is proud to have been responsible for completion of one of the first residences in the community and for the others that have been done since.
