Griffin Park

This 320-acre community was initiated by DPZ in 2006 with Allison Ramsey Architects on the original design team. We served as Town Architect, provided Phase 1 implementations and builder team orientation. Our designs have been used for over a dozen singlefamily residences and have provided model home packages. Allison Ramsey was also engaged to design the signature community building in the town center. The two-story project has a small café, post office, real estate offices and an observation tower.
