The Bermuda Bluff Cottage was selected as the 1998 HGTV Dream Home Giveaway. Since it’s debut it has been one of our most popular plans. The Bermuda Bluff Cottage was designed by Allison Ramsey Architects in response to many of our clients’ desire to buy architectural plans that reflected true Southern traditional styles, designs, and materials. The home has become one of our best-selling plans and was featured in Coastal Living Magazine. HGTV was introduced to our plan and selected the Bermuda Bluff Cottage as the HGTV 1998 Dream Home
